Long ago, in times gone past, I used to have this idea of
a postapocalyptic gay comic in my head. Main characters were
Mad Dog and Blondie. This is Blondie. I don't quite remember
what happened to him according to the plot, but he spent a
lot of time chained to Mad Dog, was a walking plaguiarism
from Road Warrior's Golden youth and had a fate that illustrated
the old Russian proverb, "Do not be born pretty"...

Just a demon. Rather playful. His hair should've been black,
but the world got in the way...

That's a character from the book of my favorite writer
ever, Andrzhei Sapkowski. Kayleigh of the Rats, a teenage
gang. Only Sapkowski could write a teenage gang in a fantasy
world and make it work...

My only seascape. Inspired by a certain Russian book about
adventures of an aincient Greek boy. Tessa was the girl
who patiently waited for him by the sea. As always.

Courtney is about the easiest face in the world to draw.
So it's entirely my own fault that I fucked this up. But
at least the unnatural pose isn't my invention - it was
the same in the reference photo. Those stars, never knowing
where to put their hands...

SHOUT WITH THE DEVIL
Vince Neil and Nikki Sixx from Motley Crue. This is done
as an illustration to Cherry Pie's "Shout With The
Devil", where Vince is an angel and Nikki is a demon,
and on Halloween they just have to dress up as each other,
right? :-)

Hope I didnt' fuck up the spelling of the name. I only
read Lynn Flewelling in Russian translations. So yeah, this
is Alec, the character of her Nightrunner saga. This must
be the First Book!Alec, because he looks pretty innocent
to me.

FRANCESCA
Some princess whose dubious origins I just don't remember
now. This is an old pic. I only put it here to remind myself
there used to be a time when I wasn't afraid of using watercolors,
no matter the result. Yep, her face looks a bit like an
insect (an alien?), but then again, she's royalty. Intro-family
marriages, devolution and all that stuff, remember?
